East Elegance

I would agree with what Food Lover has commented! This was the same old feeling I had when I had first stepped into East Elegance to view a unit. The Breeze that swept through the living room was a plus factor as well! It’s a safe and great place to live in with all the friendly and sincere neighbours around. Facilities are all secondary, it’s the feeling of looking forward to knocking off from work each day with an eagerness to go home and unwind. I recommend this building for: Families with Children and Peace & Quiet.

I have always been staying in big developments with full facilities and at different types and locations until I shifted to telok kurau 1 year ago. I fell in love by the low rise surrounding and really like the location, only 10mins to town and is connected to all expressways. you named it, it;s only within 5 mins drive. Then I decided to purchase another unit here and come across East elegance. Although it looks like any other apts in D15, low rise with balcony. However, it has a special peacefulness in this development hard to describe. The feel is very good, perhaps this is what they call , feels like home and that's what entice me. It may not have full facilities, but I do appreciate the exclusive 20 units privacy. Just like having the privacy and peace if you were to stay in landed houses..minus the price tag. I may not be able to adapt to big developments anymore, any further upgrading would have to be landed, it there's a need. Otherwise I am happy with this place, last thing to add, the layout is gd comparing to many in the same vicinity or other parts of Singapore. - Coming from someone who shifted 4 houses in 6 years ;) how many viewings I had done? Many. I recommend this building for: Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige and Western Expats.
