This condo is Luxurious.
Certainly the Best in Singapore I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

Great place to live

Walking distance to Orchard, great facilities, plenty of outdoor space for kids to run around on, superb service by the concierge, plenty of parking... Can't ask for more! The new management is doing much better - buildings have been repainted, balcony glasses rectified and concierge people are better trained.
I recommend this building for:
City Living,
Outdoors & Activities,
Families with Children,
Peace & Quiet,
Luxury & Prestige,
Western Expats and
Asian Expats.

This place has gone down hill

The condo went from a great place to live to a SLUM!
There was a change of management company who is terrible. The girl in the management office is RUDE, UNHELPFUL and does nothing to make the lives of people who live there better.
You will pay $8,000 to $18,000 per month to rent a place here but that is still not enough to get CABLE TV put on in the GYM or the 'theatre' -
Be careful going outside without a HARD HAT - many balconies have broken and fallen onto common areas far below.
It is so bad here even a maid jumped out a 9th floor window about 6 months ago!

The only redeeming feature is the Concierge service... the guys in the white jackets working from 7am to 10pm are awesome. I recommend this building for:

Condo looks like 10 years old
Painting pilling off from the external walls
Building cracked everywhere
Very poor maintenance
Tenants no following the bylaw
Very noisy condo due to children playing all around
Children swimming naked
Dogs all around even around the pool
9 glass balconies felt in 1 year
Very Poor Concierge facility. I recommend this building for: Students.
