Castle Green - Good Place to Stay

Castle Green is a very nice place to stay.
I will not sell this place as it is a good place to stay in and for investment.
Highly recommended. Near Mrt/Amenities. Love the pool. I have been to many condo but cant find a pool as big as castle green. Many expats love this place too. I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige, Students, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

Condo is not too bad just a tad far away from MRT for my liking
Like the pool
Better dun get MRT track facing units with NSE up with be very noisy I recommend this building for: City Living, Families with Children, Students and Asian Expats.

Once NSE construction starts, it will bring price down.
Also NSE will cause lot of Noise once up and running, people who have stayed near expressway will tell you how much noise issues there are, even more then MRT I recommend this building for:

very nice and big plot of land to stay in. Very convient,viewed units around for the past two years, finally there's a grandfloor unit for sale and we bought it in half an hour's time. Don't want to miss it although the prices now seems very high. Feel like living in landed.
I recommend this building for:

Peace & Quiet and
Asian Expats.

New North South Expressway

Just heard that the new NS expressway is going to pass right besides this condo and there may be some land acquisition also. Will be beneficial once it gets completed, howvever will have to put up with the construction noise and air pollution till then

Recommendations for Castle Green

Castle Green is value for money comparing to surronding projects and current hdb prices.
It is centrally located, only 15 - 20 drive to town & airport & 15min ride by MRT to town too.
It is also located within walking distance to newly renovated market and food centre where there's abundance of good food.
The blocks in Castle Green is well spread out. It has a huge swimming pool, the biggest i have ever seen in condos...
Besides, the maintenance fee is very affordable. I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

Nice and peaceful environment. unblock view and big swimming pool. each block are well spaced out so does not give the cluttered feel. Ample parking space. Minutes fr MRT,

I like the condo, spacious, wellkept and full of greens.
Very nice property but it's very far from town. I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children and Luxury & Prestige.

Castle Green, a condo highly recommended

The common areas are very well maintained, the cleanliness of the lift, the facilities and the pool, are as good as new, if not better than the newly completed condominiums.
The layout of the apartment is squarish and no wastage of floor area to long corridors to the bedrooms and odd corners.
All the blocks are well positioned in a very big piece of land, bigger than the two condos beside it.
With the MRT station 8 minutes walk from the side gate, and so many bus services available right at the doorstep, the value of the castle green will remain there forever.
Don't believe it? Just take a look yourself in person and you will see it with surprise. I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige and Western Expats.
