Cashew Heights Condo

I agree with Lee's review. Cashew Heights offers the space (both interiors and exteriors) and privacy that many newer developments lack. Unfortunately the tranquility of cashew Heights is now marred by the numerous non-S'porean tenants. If the landlords are more selective of who they rent the apts to, Cashew Heights will definitely see an increase in its value, esp with the nearby MRT development and conveniences Bt Panjang community offers. I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities and Families with Children.

Cashew Heights is a beautiful resort style condo in a big garden.
You must look beyone the entrance of the condo where
right in the middle of the big landscape, mature trees form a beautiful garden, with an olympic size pool, all resort facilities and fish ponds.
It is self-contained with a childcare services, grocery shops, beauty and facial salons, learning centre, a clinic, lots of parking lots and a cafe! And all these are for residents.
In spite of the vastness, it is quiet, quick access to expressways either to JB or the city. It is easy access to shopping, market, LRT, buses, schools and the future MRT but remains clean and quiet of its own.
Whether you are living on the lower or higher floor, they offer you beautiful view of either the charming landscaping or the distance Bukit Timah natural reserve.
And during festivals, activities and feast are organised as residents join in as a big family.
The air is also fresher and cooler in this jewel of the west. I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige, Students, Western Expats and Asian Expats.
