Cool n Windy !

Our family has migrated to SG from US n living here as it's quite proximity to Singapore American school. To my suprise there are quite a number of American family staying here.We love relaxing near the big swimming pool. It's just a resort feel with wind blowing in all directions. Since we stay in the high floor, it turns pretty cold in the night. You don't need to turn on ur aircon. Overall it's a pleasant living here at CB.
I recommend this building for:
Outdoors & Activities,
Families with Children,
Peace & Quiet and
Western Expats.

Casablanca is great

We've been looking for own stay. We were only looking for condos in woodlands areas. We viewed several units in other condos and overall we were very impressed by the ambience and upkeep of Casablanca as compared to others. The place has a nice resort feel. The pool is big. Within Casablanca we had viewed units in almost all towers. The premium towers 2 and 5 are the best as distance between the 2 tower are greater apart. Tower 5 though is the best as it is not facing rosewood condo and there are lesser units -4, as compared to 6 at tower 2. Can't wait to move there.

Just decided that this is the one

My wife and I were looking for a condo that is near my mother in laws place. We were looking at the 4 different condos near the ESSO station. After comparing and on site feel of the interior and exterior, we found that Casa is pretty much the better one among the 4 (one condo yet to TOP, but we find that the layout is too cramp and unit to unit is too close to each other).
We have moved from condo to condo these few years and I believe there is different needs for individual living requirements at different stage of your life. At this moment, Casa is the one for us. Good condo! I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

Nice Condo, but...

Moved into this condo not long ago.. Noticed the residents here are very unfriendly.. Is it once you can afford to stay in condo, people will tend to be snobbish?
Whereas the expats are more warm & friendly...
And the gym is extremely small.. I recommend this building for: Families with Children and Peace & Quiet.

Best Condo in the North

i would personally think this is the best and most valued condo in the north area. the rentals are much higher then the bank loans which you can fully paid+profit. this is probably because its near the American school, Republic Poly, Innova JC,Sports school. The condo is clean and well maintain. I was told the guards are swap very regularly which is good for security. The pool is very long at 75meters. 6BBQ pits are under an individal and big shelter,facilities bookings can be made online. there are waterfall landscape with koel fish.8 single juccuzi nicely hidden and 4 jucuzzi pools. 2 children pool. 2 steam rooms 1male/1female. bathrooms with hotwater by the pools. 2 tennis courts, half basketball court, 1 outdoor exercise area with equipments and an indoor gym.1 karaok room, clubhouse lounge with daily newspapers provided. 1 quite corner for studies in the clubhouse. 5storey multistorey carpark and more carparks surrounding the estate.several sheltered bicycle parking area.There a bustop just outside the side gate. tower 4 unit facing the carpark has the best view, the high storey units have unblock view of sunrise, SLE,and towards turf club. Soccer fans can watch the national team training daily over at the Sports School just opposite. .this tower 4 is the most sort after

Mediterranean home

If you are looking for a home with a Mediterranean feel to it, then Casablanca is the place to stay in! The long pool nestled in loads of greenery gives it a cool resort feel as well! With a constant breeze flowing through the place, you would be forgiven if you thought you were really on holiday in the Mediterranean. My wife and I enjoy the sitting by the pool so much we do so almost on a daily basis!

A super size swimming pool fix well in a super star condo.
