Compared to other developments which are calling SKY HIGH price at this point of time, I think this is the most underpriced waterfront development that I can find so far.
It only takes a few minutes walk to Harbour front and Vivo city and you can find all your needs and wants under one roof.
During evening time, you can take a slow stroll to the Keppel Island Park to enjoy the great sea view as well as the Universal Studios fireworks on weekends and PH.
You can enjoy good privacy living with the build-in lift access directly to your living room too.
See it yourself to believe it. A resort living that you will never want to miss! I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige and Western Expats.

Caribbean@ Keppel Bay

Caribbean is one of very few water front condos other than Sentosa which is overpriced.
It has great all around facilities and the maintenance standards are exceptionally high. Transport access is excellent with many bus routes outside the door and MRT 5 min walk at VivoCity.
The floor plans are well laid out, rather spacious compared to others including Reflections.
Still one of the best condos in Singapore, without a doubt. I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

Great place

Caribbean is a great place although it looks now a bit old compared to the brand new Reflections at Keppel Bay.
Rentals at Reflections are expected to be quite higher than the ones at Caribbean, so it can still be a good choice for families who want to stay in the fantastic Keppel Bay but are on a tighter budget.
For investment, I would still go for Reflections as the design, unblocked views, potential capital appreciation are clearly higher than Caribbean. I recommend this building for: Families with Children, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

Unique environment

CARRIBEAN is a treasure trove and quiet sanctuary in the city. The compound is huge and is a unique environment - water channels, yachts docked right in front, back door leads out to keppel club/ keppel island (where there are nice restaurants like PRIVE etc.). It's a resort feel that my husband and I love. We used to go out to resorts outside of Singapore a lot but after living in Carribean, we feel like we are in a resort every day!
On top of that, my mother-in-law who loves shopping, and who does not drive, will walk to VIVOCITY every other day. It's just a 7 minute stroll for her from home at Carribean.
My teenage kids finds it very convenient to take the Harbour City train MRT to town and school. I don't need to drop them off anymore.
Resort feel, stone's throw to shopping and MRT, near city, low buildings, yachts, keppel island, sentosa - truly unique!
I will never sell Carribean!! I recommend this building for: Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

Best Waterfront Location in Spore!

This condo is located right on the sea yet walking distance to shopping centre and MRT. No doubt Sentosa Cove has better sea view but they are just too inconvenient to go to offices n schools. With Mount Faber as the background it remind me of Monaco n Nice. At below $1500psf it is cheaper than condos in River Valley/Holland/Bukit Timah and a steal compare to those in Orchard, Marina Bay and Sentosa Cove. Current price also give you average rental yield of over 4.5% per annum. The interiors are even better than most of the current new launch condos.
I recommend this building for:

So Surreal

A Direct waterfront view overlooking Sentosa and the exciting developments on the new IR, and watching the cruise ships go by.....the kids (actually so are we) are just so fascinated by the fishes and other marine life that come right into the water channels in the condominium.
Just minutes walk away from amenities, shops, ViVO City Shopping Mall, cinemas, the MRT station, our very own 7-Eleven store downstairs, I just can't complain....
I love the 50m lap pool, now i really get to swim instead of just do push-offs from the pool side in those mini 25m pools I see so often.
With the nearby MRT and the shuttle bus to the city, driving becomes unnecessary.
Take a romantic evening walk around the seafront, I love the serene environment just opposite at Keppel Bay Island. Have a great meal at the restaurants there just next to the sea....just how much better could life get?

minutes to Sentosa,VivoCity,Harbour Front and of course the eating place at Seah Im and Mount Faber and nearer to town,easy access to AYE and ECP plus its spectacular sea view , Caribbean at Keppel Bay

A ready-made community!

The Caribbean is a huge sprawling development with over 1000 units and perfect for families due to the number of child friendly and focused facilities available on the site. The development is very impressive if somewhat overwhelming due to its size and it would not suit those who prefer their privacy.
Some of the units have amazing sea views however others unfortunatley look directly out onto a buidling site which can be noisy during the early evening and weekend.
The location of this development is ideal due to its proximity to VivoCity, Sentosa Island and HarbourFront MRT. All units have their own underground car parking spaces which is a real advantage for those with their own vehicles.
I would highly recommend this development for those with young families who are new to Singapore and want to meet people. The apartments themselves are modern, clean and sylish and thoughtfully laid out. I recommend this building for: Families with Children, Western Expats and Asian Expats.
