We rented this place recently and it is really lovely. Furniture and electricals are so much better than what we see in expensive homes in Tokyo. My friends also think so. Paragon, Takashimaya and many shopping centers are very close by. Spas too. Also many international schools. There is a very short and nice walk to Somerset station so transport is easy. This place is so much cheaper than a good apartment in central Tokyo and we are thinking of buying. I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

Sitting on top of Cairnhill in Orchard Road makes this property exclusive.

Interior:

-Full white marble to all toilets and living hall

Exterior:
-In the exclusive enclave of cairnhill circle with Hilltops and Helios in the $3000 to 4000psf range, likely to be the most expensive psf neighbourhoood in Orchard

-Good-sized pool and gym with two bbq pits, car park lots more than enough due to expatriate community who don't own car

-Next to CTE and Orchard road, close to most desired places
