the swimming pool is not for swimming at all. 1 stroke and u are at the other side of the pool. fit only for soaking.

along telok kurau main road, can be noisy and dusty.
next building is sapphire court, which is extremely close to cadence light, basically wall to wall, if sapphire court is en bloc, u can imagine the rooms facing it will be looking very close at your neighbours.
most of the car park lots are not sheltered. also car park for residents only. your visitors will have to park some where, and there are limited car park in the area.

Cozy environment. The development is well maintained. Can be breezy depending on the unit. The location is a plus point as it is within walking distance to bus stops, which have bus services to Eunos MRT station. However the pool is too small, it is just like a big bath tub. I recommend this building for: City Living and Families with Children.
