right expectations...

rather peaceful and quiet, near pasir ris park and depending on unit, frequent 'smells and sounds' from aloha resort... don't expect convenience, amenities nor high resale value...

I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities and Peace & Quiet.

Strange Stats

71 units and 40 untis for sale. That is more than 50% of total units.

I guess this speaks volume about the place. Is it haunted or what ? Why is everyone selling ??

Went to view a unit last week. Layout is ok, but I just don't understand why design a long long balcony that can go in many rooms? That is you can go to living room, master room and another bedroom through balcony. Gym, swimming pool and playgrond are very small. Some units have private pool, but......Will it breed mosquito if the resident is too lazy to keep his pool clean? Must have a car to live here, transportation is not convenient.
