Bishan Point

just moved there; appartment size really what's marketed (on the contrary of some new developpement where air cond area is totally oversized...), enjoying a small balcony. lot of wind, probably due to the fact it sits on the top of the hill. Condo nice, facilities well designed and sufficient.
This is really a "Family man" condo dues to the near-by famous school. it is near nature if you like, and altough there is no shop at the very bottom, you can take easily a few minutes walk the to near-by HDB shop or shopping center.
I quite enjoy the place and find it a good compromise if you want to avoid the city stress but do not want to be too far either, with shopping mall and restaurant area for the extras.. I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children and Peace & Quiet.
