Baywater

wonderful view, great facility. but you need a car to live there.
no supermarket and mrt station is within a walking distance. everything is within the minutes of driving distance.
that is the only flaw.. I can drive.. but your wife?? your children?? hm. I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children and Peace & Quiet.

Baywater is one of the best owner occupied condos , with a very big and lovely swimming pool, tennis court, tropical Jacuzi, Barbeque pits, childrens play area, basketball court, putting green, reading rooms etc. It is very compact, lush green with a look of being in tropical gardens,not crowded and very good construction. It is opposite one of the best Bedok reservoir parks with a playground so big and green that you never run out of options be it walking, cycling, jogging, water adventure sports. Very well connected to all areas of singapore withb SBS bus stops both at main gate and side gate . The new PIE exit / entry of Bedok North Avenue 3 right at the footsteps of Baywater makes it accessible by road to any area of city.
In the vicinity of major malls, shopping areas like IKEA, GIANT, COURTS etc and major schools Red Swastika, and Temasek Polytechnic

Baywater facilities incl nice good size pool, jacuzzi, tennis court..etc. Those units facing the reservoir commands very nice view. I recommend this building for: Families with Children and Peace & Quiet.
