Furnishings, fittings and interior are of high quality, in contrary to the cheap materials used in mass market condos. I love Bayou because it is within 1km to Paya Lebar Methodist Girls School and Maris Stella. It is a 10min walk to Bartley MRT via How Sun Drive. It is also near the KPE and takes only 10min drive to Suntec City/Marina Square. 20min drive to VivoCity. Try it if you don't believe. Nex Mall and Heartland Mall areas are nearby. There's famous Geylang Prawn noodles 3 min walk away and a provision shop called Mummys that opens till 11pm daily. Residents hardly use the pool and yes you can have the pool all to yourself the whole day. If you love Freehold, privacy, peace and tranquility, this is a great place to be. And not to mention...it will be very close to upcoming Paya Lebar's next CBD. Talking about investment potential and capital appreciation...this is it!
