Once a quiet paradize but recent 3-5years getting overcrowded particularly owners sold or rent out to tenants who are rowdy and inconsiderate..

The place is definitely too small to accomodate all these noisy kids when they were at play..I will not recommend to people who like privacy. If u are those who only want convenience and noise an inconsiderate residents acts do not bother u, go ahead, it will be great choice! I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities and Students.

Too many units in a small land. As a result very noisy when residents use the common facilities..also many things crowded along common corridors..Will not recommend to people who want bliss and peace. Children also very noisy unattended by parents..The only advantage is proximity to MRT, just outside the condo. The rooms are reasonably size internally..Advice - Choose the high floor if you prefer privacy. I recommend this building for: City Living and Families with Children.
