Big condo

It's not bad, quite a big condo but the facilities didn't impress me. Looking around for a unit in this area to buy. With the upcoming price drop in 2012, a good psf to enter is around 970psf. Just don't get a west facing. Like the nearby amenities best.

I recommend this building for: City Living, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Students and Western Expats.

my family and I have been enjoying living in Aspen Heights, the location is one of the best in Singapore, 10mins walk to Orchard road, 10mins to Roberston Quay. It offers a great quality of life as the condo has full facilities.

I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

I lived in Aspen Heights for 3 years and still love it. Although the recent Management office is not efficient and deserves to be changed! The location is great, easy access to all: shopping, dinning, a walk in the Fort Canning and Roberson Quay. The facilities are good. All the more the price is just very reasonable compared to other condos with full facilities in the same area.

Things to take into consideration

There are a lot of pluses of this building but quite a few minuses too, especially if you rent and have kids. The management team has a long list of rules that have turned this formerly kid friendly condo into a not particularly kid friendly place. Among them is that kids shouldn't play in parts of the common areas and no football on the turf area which used to be popular with the condo's youth. Also, the pool was renovated a year ago but judging from the fixtures etc it looks like it was done on the cheap and some tiles are cracking and falling off and there is mildew and even slime growing in some areas which seems to be difficult to get rid of. Other than that, Aspen Heights is in a good area and the gardens are well maintained.

I recommend this building for: City Living.

great buy

i love this place. rented once and bought at a low last year. great value considering the ridiculous prices asking down the road where the drinks are. interior looks old, so spent about 80k renovating it. ka-ching!!
