I think this condo is well maintained, boutique with not so many units and very modern looking. The interior kitchen and bathrooms are probably one of the best in the East using high quality materials. The location speaks for itself and also very quiet in the day/night,it can be a sanctuary to those working professionals that work in the town as commuting is very easy too. Compared to their newer launches like Belvedere, Seafront@Meyer, this is certainly a better buy. I recommend this building for:

Its a good building with all facilities. Transportation and Amenities quick far. Also, lot of noise due to construction work going on margate road. This will be an issue for next 5 years :-( I recommend this building for:

Nice, exclusive boutique development that is just a stone throw away from the East Coast Park. I must say that the development is quite well maintained. The best is no one will fight with you over the use of facilities unlike in those big developments.

I like the location for its proximity to City, East Coast Park and amenities but yet it is quiet and peaceful. It is walkable to nearby amenities along Tg Katong as well as Jln Batu. Parkway is also nearby. I understand that there are also grocery shops in nearby developments so one does not have to walk far to buy grocery.

The transport link is great as there are direct buses to Shenton, Orchard, Bugis and west coast, not to mention the upcoming Indoor Stadium and Mountbatten MRT stations.

As most units are 2 bedders, I guess it is more suited for singles and young couples who enjoy city living and outdoor activities but yet away from crowd. I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Peace & Quiet, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

Ideal location for those wanting a nice quiet place. Nice small development but simply not for the public transport and amenities needing crowd. Just no amenities nearby I recommend this building for: Peace & Quiet and Western Expats.
