went to this condo last week.
very impress with the place the moment i went in. a very nice project with good layout.
there are 2 swimming pools, with the children pool on the lower level and the second level is for adult. the club hse is nice too but the gym is small thou...but hey, there is only 114 units. there are 3 spa pools at one corner....too bad it is quite close to next door...so not sure abt the privacy.
one block with 6 units per floor. each come with private lift lobby. even the smallest unit of 1162 sq ft....it does not seem small at all. the best stack is unit 1 and unit 2.....cos this is the only 2 units that come with sea-view in future. cos when silversea is ready.....it will block out unit 3 to unit 6.
the quality of the unit is good....not lousy workmanship like some other condo that i have seem so far......and no wastage of space like some newer top condo.
asking price average 1500+....is this the right time to buy or should u wait....that is the question u have to ask yourself. I recommend this building for: Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

nice place. so many good reviews, this is probably not a good surrounding until all the major constructions are done: the Cape, Silversea, 16 Amber, The Shore, All goin in full steam. More to come with Paramount already enbloc-d.

I was pretty worried about this Amber but once i'm in it's truly luxury. Nothing compares Amber residences. I have visited few showrooms like the cape & silversea in Amber. Prices here are right and not overpriced. Special thank to the developer for being realistic.

The real deal

Amber Residences is the PRIME in Amber area. This is the only development that one should buy. Don't waste time on far east projects where finishes are nonsense and giving me a lot of problems! Bought a unit here and so happy as all are hotel finishes not those china made.
Wish to buy one more to make it a 5 bedroom but no longer available. I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige, Students, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

Good to buy a property near Amber roundabout

Amber Residences is located near to Amber road roundabout. In the art of feng shui, buildings that are near to roundabout is considered auspicious as traffic is circulating and bring good feng shui qi towards the building.
Also, a building which is rectangular in shape is always better than building in other shapes such as L-shape, round shape or with missing corners.
Other plus points are it is near to schools and shopping malls, eg Parkway Parade and Katong Shopping centre, and is easily accessible to east coast highway leading to central business district, airports and the integrated resort at marina bay. For occupants who prefer to take public transport, a bus stop is just near to the doorstep. MRT stations are a few bus stops away. Also, it has good layout and quality finishings. And the best part is it is Freehold, which means the value will not depreciate like nearby 99 leasehold properties. I recommend this building for:
