The landscape at Adam Park is lush and green, very exclusive and quiet. Hopefully the construction from surrounding sites will end soon. It entrance from Adam Road makes it a convenience for motorists.
I recommend this building for:
City Living,
Families with Children,
Peace & Quiet and
Western Expats.

Adam Park bring the "getaway holiday" to home with its tropical, resort theme set up.
It is a low density condominium located in an exclusive neighborhood but yet with good reasonably access to public transport and amenities.
It should appeal well to Expatriates looking for privacy within City Centre living.
The proximity to surrounding parks such as Macritchie Reservoir makes this an appealing location for those whom wants to be close to nature. I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet and Western Expats.
