Check out the swimming pool decking.. it is uneven and some are coming off already.

Check out the main gate. The horizontal slabs, some are bending inwards and some outwards.

Very low quality workmanship and building materials used in this project.

That is why, buying a second hand unit may be better than buying brand new. At least you got it when the problems had and should have already surfaced, by then. Nothing beats buying brand new only for all the cracks and problems to appear a year after TOP and developer's warranty ended. I recommend this building for: Families with Children.

I have to agree with Choo's comments as the current rental market might as well rent a HDB near all the amenities and MRT.

The only problem with small project like this is they are mostly built by developer(China) with poor workmanship. My friend has warned me that even a house can look really nice at first look but all those problems will surface sooner or later if the foundation is not done properly. At the end, I will have to pay for all the damages during my stay.

Another point to take note is that there is not much facilitates in this project except a small "tub" (swimming pool). I felt very disgusted when one of the owner or tenant spit into the pool while walking along the pool. I guess he dares to do that cost there is no security in this project. It is basic hygiene that I believe normal people are looking for.

It basically end my trip on seeing one of the units after I see that incident.

I just feel that I should share my experience with the public and it is really up to the individual to decide whether to rent. I recommend this building for:

We have always wanted to stay in a D15 private condo and looking for a place to rent and come about this project.

I have to said that the workmanship for one of the unit we viewed is one of the worst within D15. Pipe seems leaking and cracks on the wall. I was shocked when the owner told me it just recently TOP last few years ago.

The surrounding is also very noise with the kids screaming around in the afternoon.

The ventilation there is also very bad unless the aircon is switched on 24 hrs.

The only good thing is there is private lift to your door steps but the lift produce weird foul smell when we viewed.

Transportation is even worse unless you drive as there is hardly cab at that area at times.

Although there are quite a number of good food around but sad to say it is too far to walk over... I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities.
