This development has a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere, feeling private and secluded even though it is right next to Plaza Singapura! While at first glance it appears that it would be quite crowded, the facilities are always available, it is tranquil, yet feels homely and has great facilities for entertaining.

It's not perfect though, the Management centre can be slow in responding to requests, but if you don't need them, it doesn't really matter. The location is fantastic, the quality is great, there is even direct access to Plaza Singapura! All in all, a terrifc place for couples and families. I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

This place is surprisingly serene given its very central location. Not sure how the future development right in front (along handy road) will affect this development though. I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige, Students, Western Expats and Asian Expats.
