Noisy & High Maintenance
Small Development with 16 units facing the main road, so it is a little noisy especially during night time. Limited sheltered parking. High monthly maintenance fee and will get higher due to low number of units. Nothing more then a pool and a small bbq area and function room. The good thing is the living and dinning area which is squarish and open although few units has a balcony that eats into the living area. Master bedroom is spacious with a walk in wardrobe and a generous bathroom. The other two rooms are pretty small with a two way bathroom in between. Rentals for the 2000sqft units range from $5.5k to $6.8k which does not justify the asking price. Most properties in Singapore do not justify the asking price anyway..In summary: Nice living room and master bedroom but not so luxurious for the price. -
