I stay in a 3 bedroom apartment (1292sqft with recent renovation) at the freehold Ris Grandeur. The apartment is at the highest possible floor (#16, just under the penthouse), has the best unblocked facing, and is situated at the premium block. I wish to know that with the recent launch of the leasehold Livia project, will it help drive the price of my property up? Also, based on today's bleak-ing market, what's the estimated psf that my apartment can fetch?

My husband will be posted to Singapore sometime in March 2009. Colleages in Singapore suggest its much sensible to purchase rather than lease. What are the requisitions required for foreigners to purchase a 2 or 3 bedrooms property and to seek a bank loan should we decide to take one? What are the suitable property near the office in Tuas and not too far from town? Adviced that Freehold and 999 Tenure are more investment worthy, but we wouldn't mind 99 if it has good future investments returns. Thank you.

My family is looking for a Freehold Condo near to St. Nicholas School(no more than 10 mins drive). We need a min of 4 bedroom and high floor. We have had no success for the last 3 months. We have a 5rm Punggol flat to sell as well. We aren't sure if we should buy first or sell first. We can't seem to find a suitable place. Basically need to have investment value in 5-6 yrs. Landed houses also can.
