Why are sellers so unethical even during our current recession? In recent months, I noticed with disgust the greed of sellers of several developments, including The Strata, Southbank and Inspira. Sellers and agents advertise a certain price, but once a buyer matches their request, sellers promptly go back on their offer and ask for a higher price. I experienced this thrice - two sellers asked for $200,000 more from the original price, while the third wanted $40,000 more. Whatever happened to a gentlemen's deal? I only hope these greedy, unethical sellers are left with overpriced units no one wants to buy - since our current recession hasn't hit bottom yet. After all, experts agree property prices are the last to fall in an economic downturn. Can this be brought up to CASE?

Property Wanted: The Inspira. I am interested to purchase a studio in The Inspira, for self-stay. However, when is the condo going to be TOP, since my rental agreement expires in September. Would i be able to move in directly at that time, or do i need to extend for 1-2mths with my current landlord? Please advise and revert if you are selling a studio in Inspira. thanks

I am looking to sell a studio unit (667sqft), very high floor, at The Inspira. What is a realistic psf price range i can demand and close the transaction. If possible, please give me a direct answer without the usual "please give me a call to discuss further details". I am looking to close around 1350psf, is that possible? thanks.
