I have a bungalow at Braddell for sale. I would like to sell it without a lot of unnecessary buyers coming to view my property. Willing to sell at valuation if you have a good buyer willing who has already been searching for a bungalow and ready to commit. Is it stupid to sell at valuation?

Hi, I have a one year old penthouse in Amber Gardens, 3200sqf. Very good condition. I might have to move to Woodlands to a landed property near SAS. Hopefully bigger than 6000sqf. Are there Freehold bungalows in Woodlands? Will my condo selling price will cover the price for a bungalow? Also, all bungalows in Woodlands seemed to be 99 years leasehold. What will happen if I bought 99 and have to sell in a few years? Do I still get the same value or lower?
