Hi, I'm looking into buying a condo along River Valley. Particularly The Trillium along Kim Seng road. Is this a good project and what price should I be looking at since The Cosmopolitan is going at $1300+psf. Less than a $1000psf perhaps for Trillium? Or is it better for me to buy a landed property at D15 along Goodman area? I will be looking into buying a property this year but not too sure what will be the best buy. Please advice. Thanks.

Hi, I just had a valuation done for my unit at Blk 269 Toh Guan Road above 20 floor. The valuation is at $478k. The house maintenance is above average as I only stayed there for 3 years. Should I be asking for COV? If so, what is the recommended value?

Hi all! We are planning to buy a condo in district 05.Most of the condos along pasir panjang road are not very spacious, because we need atleast 1500 sq ft floor area. Some older condos(18 yrs) are more spacious and asking for $1.1 million.Do you think it is advisable to pay this much in this current condition?Or is it more advisable to buy a new property(higher price and less area).Should i wait for market to come down furthur? Thanks, Som
