I prefer near to MRT, new or about to TOP soon, so that i can rent out to get rental income. I intend to sell my 5rm flat at Sengkang. If I have ready buyer and all I need is an Agent to assist with the paperwork, what's the right % of commssion to pay? And if I were to buy a private property , do I as a buyer , needs to pay commission to the Agent? Thks.
