Dear Gurus, I would like to find out if i would like to join as a property agent. How should i start? And should i join for commerical/industrial/HDB/private property as a start? I have been in sales line for many years. Deal to family committment, i step down as a home maker. But during this period of cafe search for my relative. I am considering, maybe i can work as a part time agent. However, i also dont know which company should i join. I heard HSR/ERA/C&H/propNex/Hutton are more towards HDB/private Pty adn knight Frank/Orange Tee/SLP are towards commerical/industrial. How should i start? Thanks

I have made $1,000 + $3,000 as OTP payment to a Thillamallai d/o Arumugam, also known now as the "seller", of 168 Woodlands Drive 11 #03-123. Singapore 730168, in the presence of her appointed PROPNEX Housing Agent, Mr. Tony Yee. Submission was approved for 1st appointment yesterday the 29th June 2010, 9.45am but seller did not turn-up after lodging a Law Firm to cancel the sale based on "not having received the payment". Hence now my family of 3 adults and 4 children (aged 1-month, 2, 4, and 6 years old) being practically homeless after sale of our unit. PLEASE ADVICE! Thank you and best regards. Hi, i just signed up Property Guru hoping that I can find useful answers from the experts. I am interested to join as property agents & am currently doing my research on the industry. Actually i have signed up a career seminar with Propnex today but sadly they postponed it due to MND new regulations. And i've heard that Oct will be the last batch to take any courses. Am i right? Since i hv nt much time to think abt, can u pls advice what shd i do now? Is it too late to take the exam? I am currently an insurance agent and i do not wAnt to jump info another industry w/o thinking in-depth just like what i've done before. Honestly, i feel so much confidence in becoming a property agent.

Is this a good time to invest in 4Q 2010? Always hear from Director/CEO of Capital Land,Keppel Land, and Propnex saying that they are expecting a dip in property price in 2011. Price is sky high now. Hi, I am seriously considering to venturing into real estate business full time and am looking to double my current income from 100k+ to 250k p.a. Dear Mentors and senior, kindly do advise what is the difference in Project Sales Team like Savills & Hutton as compared to other well known co. like Propnex,ECG, HSR and etc? What are the competitive advantage over each others given that both platform provides good mentoring and coaching programs plus knowledge/skills sharing? Am highly motivated by nature, and if anyone have a proven system and formula, pls leave a contact so i can follow up with you. Thanks Best Wishes.
