Home owner in Pine Grove, looking to sell a unit, but am unsure as en-bloc attempt seems to be in motion again. Any advice on potential of en-bloc in the near short term? Should I wait and see or best I sell now while market is on the rise?

My sister and I have just recently purchased Astor Green / Cavendish Park this year. Now that Pine Grove is going en-bloc, how will this affect our property values? Mine is just facing directly Pine Grove. If Pine Grove goes en-bloc, I will be looking at construction etc etc and dust. Should my sister keep Cavendish or should we sell it?
