Hi, i'm already an agent for 6 months, so far i've not get any deal. why? What is my problem. i've tried all ways like posting sending flyers and also distribute my name cards but nothing is coming in. i feel so disappointed without getting anything. Is there any other ways that you guys came help with some tips? thank you

My agent told me that it's a normal practice for HDB to grant the seller a maximum 6 weeks extension of stay after the completion of sale at no additional charges or rental fee to allow the seller to clear out their things. So when I signed the option to purchase, immediately my agent also requested me to sign a letter of agreement stating that I am granting the seller an extension of stay of 5-weeks free of charge after the completion of sale. Lately, I found out that granting this extension is totally at my discretion and not HDB pratice/policy. My agent gave me the wrong info and I want to cancel this agreement. Is there a way I make an appeal to disregard or void this agreement?

I am looking to sell my 6 yrs penthouse. Can i ask what is the correct $/PSF to calculate the Open roof terrace area when selling as i am getting conflicting ways of calculation from different people. 1. Same $/PSF as liveable area 2. Half $/PSF for open roof terrace area 3. $/PSF is based on liveable area only excluding roof terrace.(is this true?) Thanks for the help!

I have bought a 1400 Sq Ft flat in Dec'2006 by paying 100% advance. I was promised that the developer will give the handover by 24 Months i.e. by Dec'2008. After the delay in nearly 18 Months,Now at the time of registration in Mar'2010, i came to know that the property is actually 1250 Sq Ft. The developer says that they sold me in lesser amount and hence they have reduced the area. I have given a threat to them to go legal way. Its been almost 6 months now and they are not listening to any thing and not giving any compensation for reduction in flat area. For delay they are giving a compensation. The developer says that till the time I sign a no claim affidavit with them, they will not get my property registered. Please suggest what i should do. Regards Siddhartha Singh

Hi Mr/Ms. I am new to move to Singapore, I just looking for a place for live. But I do not know how can I find it. 1. I do not want to live with others, but I am not sure there have a filter can help me to pick them up. 2. I am new,therefore I really want some Definition of Apartment, Condo, HDB Apartment etc. 3. If there have a map divided into different regions in D1-xxx, D2-xxx will help me to locate. Actually, For the first 6 months, I just wanna find a single safe room with a internet connection (FAST will be better). The single room I mean the kind of independent gates with a separate kitchen and bathroom. Not the sharing way (i.e. NOT one of the 2+1 or 3+1.) More than 20 square meters just fine for me. If it have Washing Machine, Refrigerator and/or Air Conditioning is on the best.

Hi Guru, Just want to check, if our MOP is until 5 April 2011, when should I start to look for buyer and when can the transaction complete? It is to say that when can I offer the Option to purchase form to the buyer? E.g. On 6 April 11 to offer the Option to Purchase form, or on 6 April 11 can be HDB first appointment if I have already found a buyer by then. Is there any way I can sell the flat earlier than 2.5 years MOP? Thank you.

Hi, pls help. my client decided to rent his pte property on a 6 or 12 months basis. can he terminate the lease half way? do my client need to compensate the balance lease rental or 2 month advance notice will do? because he is also selling his house. in case, he sold his house, he got no place to stay.

Hi there, I have an existing private property and wish to purchase a resale hdb flat. I understand that I will need to dispose of my private ppty within 6 months of obtaining the resale hdb flat. Can I transfer my private ppty as a way of dispose, to my family members or to my girlfriend (whom I will engage in 6 months later)?
