I am currently renting a fairly large (1300sq.ft) 1 bedroom apartment in Nanak Mansions on Meyer Road. Rent $3000/mth. Looking to find a new place to move in November 1st. Looking for 1 or 2 bedroom place, can be smaller than 1300sq.ft paying approx $2500 inclusive bills. Would like to stay in current area but can look at Siglap or other areas if necessary. Please advise.

Hi, We're a couple that just got engaged, and looking for a 4 or 5room resale hdb preferably in CCK area (mid to high floor), around Limbang or De La salle school (St 51,52). Bukit Panjang is one of our choice as well. Not too sure what's the market value like now for these areas as we've seen vast contrast in various properties where COV ranges from 5k to 20k. Our budget is approx 330-350k, low up front cash, and we'll be living close to our parents. Is this realistic? Many thanks

I bought a EC(La Casa) at Woodlands last year and would like to rent out the whole unit. However, I live there for one year plus only. Is it possible to rent out? My friend told me I have to lock one room, why is it so? Wonder how much I can rent in this case.
