Hi there, I have a beautiful brand new 2 BR (1100+ sq.ft.) in the Orchard (Ardmore Draycott) area available in June. I would prefer to rent this out fully serviced on a 3-6 month basis and can offer everything (high end designer furniture, maid service, cable TV and internet, etc.). Please let me know if you have any corporate tenants for 3-6 month occupancy as this unit would be cheaper and nicer than any service apartment (Frasers, Ascott, etc.)! real_estate_star@yahoo.com

I saw a unit was just done at $2300 PSF here and am considering buying one at near same price. It seems like a good deal as the building finish is good and much cheaper PSF than nearby Tate, Ardmore Pk and Ardmore II which are already getting $2800 PSF. As I am not fr Singapore, can you gurus advice is this a safe bet for this area...Thanks!
