I have bought a freefold condo in Joo Chiat, TOP in end 2009 for investment. However, was thinking of either renting it or selling it off at a small profit taking in consideration of recession. The bank monthly inst. is around $4K. What wld you advise? Will the value of condo depreciate once it's rented out? if yes, what is the % per year? thanks
