Hi Gurus, I was reading the proposed amendment to en-bloc sales of FH properties with interest. 1) Is this limited to Districts 9,10,11 properties only? 2) Is there a cut-off time as to which properties are affected? Eg. Are Willyn Ville, Tulip Garden, Spanish Village, Sommerville, Gallop Gables in the Holland area and Normanton Park near Science Park and Laguna Park, Mandarin Gardens in the East and Horizon Towers(after the fiasco) affected? 3) How do the rules affect en-bloc sales of 99-yr properties and FH cluster and town housing? Hello everybody, If all goes well we (my wife an I) will be moving to Singapore per January 2011. Already obtained P1 Employment Pass. End of this month I will be negotiating my housing budget. We want, as a lot of people I guess, low rise condo or landed house, 3 to 4 bedrooms. Quiet and green surroundings. We were thinking Gallop Gallop Gables, Sommerset, Duches Crest. Has to be a walk in condo as we have 2 cats. What budget should I aim for? Are cats a problem to landlords? Many thanks. Eric.
