I would like to seek some advice on the freehold residential units at Dahlia Park and Ferraria Park Condo at Flora Drive. Price at Ferraria seem to be more expensive than Dahlia though both are equally freehold. Furthermore the traffic along Flora Road/Flora Drive seem to be a problem for morning peak hour traffic as well as evening peak hour return home from work. The entire stretch of Flora Road is congested with FH condos (with upcoming the Gale).

Hi Gurus, we are looking for freehold with 4BR condo / landed with budget not more than 1.55m for our own stay (with old parents and kids). Have been considering condos at flora drive, pasir ris, hillview. Need to seek gurus to advise : 1. Which condo area will provide better investment protection / return? 2. With the budget we have, landed choices are quite limited. Would you recommend us to go for condo or landed? 3. is now the right time ? With reference to the recent news on private resales (drop in # of transactions and amount), the situation does not look encouraging.

I stay in a 3 bedroom apartment (1292sqft with recent renovation) at the freehold Ris Grandeur. The apartment is at the highest possible floor (#16, just under the penthouse), has the best unblocked facing, and is situated at the premium block. I wish to know that with the recent launch of the leasehold Livia project, will it help drive the price of my property up? Also, based on today's bleak-ing market, what's the estimated psf that my apartment can fetch?
