I have a corner unit at block 504 bukit batok st 52 10th floor. I converted it into a studio. HDB approved of the renovation. So if I were to sell it, would it be a studio or still a 3rm flat. Any optimistic value of such a unit? Both rental and sell?

Hi, I owned a 4 room HDB at Bukit Batok Central. I bought it fully paid at 428K with cash and CPF. Q1:As HDB rules does not permit capital refinancing, are there alternatives besides selling it to maximise this 428K or 80 %. Q2: If I will to sell it, to moves on to a landed prop. What would be my maximum loan I can qualify. I am 56 yr old, salary $4,300 per mth. My eldest sibling aged 23 just start work. Salary around $1,900 per mth.

I would be moving to singapore in august. I am looking to rent a 1 bedroom , living room , kitchen apartment near the following MRT 1) Jurong 2) Redhill 3) Buona Vista 4) Dover 5) Clementi 6) LakeSide 7) bukit Gombak 8) Bukit Batok My upper limit is 2200S$. I would prefer a condo but an HDB will also do if I like the apartment. We would be 2 of us. Would it be possible to get a CONDO in the above mentioned areas for my budget?
