I understand that for landed property the price analysis used to decide on the fair selling price is the "land psf". How about if I am selling a single storey original terrace houso as well as a 3 storey fully renovated terrace house - on the same street. Do you still use the "land psf" to decide on the fair market selling price? Can somebody assist me with this confusing issue?
