I hv budget of around 700K to 800K, interested in new condo or less than 2 yrs' condo. F'hold, with at least 3 bedrooms. Location wise, I am flexible. Preferred location:1) East coast (such as those small developments near Still road); 2) Bedok Reservior or Semei (not further than Simei); or 3) westcoast, (not further than clementi, for easy access to town). is it possible to get about 600psf? . My another consideraton is landed property, of budget around 1million. Any recommendations? Prefer move-in condition.

I'm staying in a 99-year condo in bedok reservior vicinity. I have already stay here for the past 5 years. My master bedroom built in cabinets were damage by termites due to water seepage behind the cabinet. According to the pest controller, the termites can come in through the cracks, as the cabinet was damage by the rain, some of the woods became soggy and attracted the termites. My question is can I claim anything from the management office or anyone know whether does insurance cover such damages? How can I claim in such situation. My costs of repair is beyond 2k? Thanks you for replying.
