I own a 2+1 condo in Flora road area. I will be moving out soon to another area near my children's school. I am thinking whether to rent out my pace or sell. I bought the unit for about $505 k. Market valuation now is about $730k. If I rent, should be able to rent out for $2700 +. Is it better to rent or to sell?

I live in an old walk up directly across from Great World City. I am very happy living there but am constantly worried that the URA or other authorities might find a reason to demolish the walk up apartments. Because it's such an eyesore in such a great location full of beautiful new condos. Do you think there's a likelihood of this happening, should I just sell it now?
