I would like to know which side of singapore is better in terms of investing a condo, ie. should it be in the west coast or in the East coast of Singapore? We have two teenager kids of 16 and 18 years old. As we do not drive, my critieria is that it should: 1. easy access to the beach or sea. 2, to access conveniences like central parts of Singapore, such as AMK and Serangoon. 3. Convenience to reach major shopping activity centres of Singapore that located with bus terminal and RMT stations. 4.the condo should be near major schools 5. it should not take a long journey of time to ride on public transport like bus and MRT. 6. it shoudl not take to much time of bus and MRT tranfers. Thanks
