I am planning to buy a house near by to Hougang MRT. Preferred to have near by to any good Primary school and strictly walkable distance from MRT. My workplace is near by to Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2. My requirement is 4 room HDB flat and walk in condition. Which area I should say that I should buy? Can u suggest?

Sir, I have just completed my first appointment for purchasing 3NG apartment in Ang-mo-kio block 108. That is 30 years old apartment. Before purchasing it, my agent said that there will not be any issues when i am selling this house in future. I believed and proceeded with the purchase process. When my friend contacted my agent to purchase similar 30 years old apartment in other area, she said not to buy that house as there will be issues in selling 30 years old apartment. But now i am worried about this, will there be any issues in selling this house in future as it is 30 years old now itself. Please help to clarify.

Hi, I currently own a 3 room HDB flat bought from HDB in Ang Mo kio center for around $86000 on a 30 years loan on HDB loan,I have repay for more than 5 years till now.The valve now for my flat is around $200000+.I wish to find out if I can get any mortgage loan from any banks to re-furnish my flat.I can't get a renovation loan as i dont intend to renovate it.Pls kindly assist.

Hi, I just finished my masters recently in NUS. I am on EP and looking for for a cheap, simple place to stay for a year (2 years if the place and community is great). Doesn't have to be fancy. A clean one would be ok. Here's a short description of what i'm looking for... 1.) 3 bedroom or 2 bedroom + 1 utility room (which can be a maid room) whole HDB unit. 2.) Near Red Line MRT or Bus Stands with buses directly to Red Line MRT -> Ang Mo Kio Area to Woodlands Area would be OK. 3.) budget of 1000-1200 SGD depending on what ameneties are nearby. Willing to shell out more if the unit is furnished (depends on the furnish) but i prefer it to be unfurnished. Thanks.
