I currently have a budget of 700k comparing the same level & 3 bedroom+study , i am in 2 minds as whether to purchase a Private Condo , EC or DBSS in the east area. For DBSS i am looking at the Belvia at Bedok Reservior. Many things came into my mind , 1) Location 2) Mrt 3) The view that i have when i look out of the window 4) Amenities 5)At the long run how do i benefit. People were saying if you purchase a DBSS you might as well get a condo .DBSS - condo feel without security & facilities , Condo - security & full facilities.

Dear Guru, I've a unit at City Square Residence, 3 bedroom at high floor and unblock view. Averagely how fast can an agent rent it out??? Two weeks, one months, two months?? Most likely TOP in January 2009. If the market rental rate at S$5,500, and I will lower down to S$5,300, then how fast can it be rented out??? Thank you
