How is Singapore rental market for corporate lease of a residential apartment/condo? Has market gone up the past 6 months or are listings same level? Is the trend that the lease level typically rise from summer to december due to new expats moving to Singapore?

There are many macro and micro factors that determine the rental market.
In very popular expat project, there may be a seasonal rental rate. Over the last few years, there are many new apt/condo developments and options for tenants. There are also more expat leasing in the suburban areas rather than D9,10,11.
