I am an Indian national and would be moving to Singapore in May 08. I have been in living in Malaysia for the last 10 years and would now be moving to Singapore in May 08. I am looking for a 3 BR private condo or house or HDB executive accomodation which would be convenient for commuting to McPherson road.

Why lease when you could own an apartment, stay in it while also derive income-flow. Macpherson Road is 10-15 minutes away from Paya Lebar and Aljunied. So in addition to find private properties in Macpherson, you can consider these areas too.
