Hi, I wanted to buy a condo either for short term investment or to rent out the condo. Is it worth buying the Mi Casa at $830000 for 3 Br, 645PSF and facing the Chua Chu Kang nature park?

Hi Teo,

Currently I have a 2+1 BRs unit at Mi Casa. Very high floor and facing open field. No noon sun and you know, Mi Casa is also good located near to MRT and Lot 1 Shopping Mall.

Hi Mr Teo, if you are buying it for investment or rental, you need to consider if there is any business catchment area nearby where business people or expats are likely to work.

In my view, an investment in the East - D15 to D17 is probably a better bet. Buyers of the Mi Casa tend to be homestayers who are upgrading from nearby heartland estates.
