Hi, I am looking to rent a one bedroom apartment close to MRT (5-10 min walk maximum)within a budget of around $2200. What can you recommend?

Kembangan and Simei have good units near the MRT, and these are in the East and are popular to tenants.
There are also good units in other area, but we do not know your other preferences besides knowing it needs to be near the MRT.

Fernwood Towers at East Coast Ave, Off Marine Parade Road. (Opp Mandarin Garden.)
2 bedrooms for rent at $2.3k. Or Big studio for rent at $2.3k.
Resort Living near East Coast Beach.
Enjoy cycling, jogging and sunbathing.
Easy access to Raffles Place / Suntec City/ AYE/ ECP/Changi Airport.
