We wish to purchase our first HDB flat from the resale market, at Tampines street 21 or 23, ideally near Blk 201. We have enough CPF for a 4room at least but only have 10k to spare for COV. We know it is quite impossible nowadays to get a flat with low COV, but if there is any out there which fits our requirements, please leave us your details. Thanks!

Hi Shaz,
Since there is an under supply in the HDB market right now, it's close to impossible to find a unit asking for less or at $10K COV.
My suggestion is to get a new property direct from HDB because of it's discounted price and you'll be able to sell it off for a nice profit 5 years later.
Just my 2 cents worth.
