Hi, im thinking of selling my 5rm HDB flat in ang mo kio st 32, blk 350 to 354. Flat is 110sq.m between lvl 10 to 15. Any indicative valuation?

Hi Owner, i believe the fellow agents have answered ur queries on the valuation. Actual valuation will be determined by the officer. COV on a average will be $35K & higher, depending on various factors.

Hi
If u are selling ur she u need a valid vaualation report last for 3 mths.COV can be around 40k depending on for level,facing,near MRT STN or not,etc,etc.

Hi Owner,
That area last transacted was in the range $470K to $480K, inclusive of COV. Taking into account, say $30K to $40K COV, indicative valuation should be in the region $420K to $430K.
I suggest if you want a more accurate figure is to do a HDB valuation. Cost is $186.55, takes about 2 weeks.
