I have stayed in my punggol Road flat 195A for 6+ yrs. Though of selling my current unit & investing an EC in punggol. With total bring home income at 4500 after cpf deduction. Is it feasible to go for it or tay put?

Dealing with such plans, the information that you have provided is not sufficient for me to advice further.
I would need more details like your current outstanding loan amount, your total CPF used for your current unit, your total accrued interest, your current OA balance, etc.
