Hi,
Most HDB flats with 3 bedrooms are renting out at about $2.3K to $2.5K. Some owners were able to rent out their unit at $2.6k if they dont mind up to 9 occupants and company lease.

Rental for Jurong west st 91,92
for 5rm
if its fully furnish,air con
neat,clean,high flr and first time renting out.
$2300-$2500 cos house in st 91 is big compair to the new block in st 61,62,64
and near to market,super market.
