Rental asking for $2000 - $2500 depending on condition and furnishing. It also depends on how fast you want to rent out as supply currently outstrips demand.

Thanks your question.
Your unit is situated within the walking distance to Punggol MRT hence is indeed a good location.
Current market rate for rental of a 4 room flat is between $2100-$2500, however it is also subjected to whether the unit is :-
- Fully, Partial or Unfunished
- Condition of the unit as in the overall cleaniness, whether the house is beautifully renovated or etc.
The monthly rental amount for a one year and two years lease would have a slight difference as well.
