I have a 4-room flat at Paya Lebar Way that I am trying to sell for quite some time to no avail. Is the market so bad now or I am just lucky? Anyone can advise?

Hi Derek,

Even market is slow, but every house can sell. Did you engage an agent to sell for you? Or you are selling by yourself and have you done enough marketing effort to expore your property?

The best and quickest way is to engage an agent, and work with the agent. Let the agent handle all the marketing effort for you. If you give exclusive to an agent, there is no reason why your house is not moving.

Hi Derek,

Have you been trying to market the unit yourself or there's an agent who's working for you?

If there's an agent working for you and he has been doing his job well, there should be offers on a median for the past 1-2 months of marketing. Is your asking price for your 4 bedrooms realistic?

If there's no agent that's doing the work for you, have you been marketing it correctly by placing the ads regularly, and spending money on the right places to advertise?

There're alot of factors which can't be answered unless your question is furnished with more details.

You'll need professional help in marketing your unit.
